Henning Raa has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer and tax advisor, and he has extensive practice in advising strategic and financial clients in M&A tax matters and leading transaction engagements.

Previously, Henning operated as the leader of the Transaction Tax service in a big 4 company in Norway. His capabilities include vendor and buy-side assignments, tax structuring and integration issues for both domestic and international private equity funds, real estate investors and corporations. The transaction engagements also include due diligence, refinancing, IPOs, tax modelling and planning relating to disposals and acquisitions. He has broad experience in various industries including technology, real estate, infrastructure and industrial production.
