Annkarin Svendsen, owner and founder of Karl Johan Hud- og kroppspleie AS, which owns Eger Skin Clinic, recently chose to sell the company to Scandinavian Beauty AS.
Eger Skin Clinic is a leading clinic within skin and body care and offers a wide range of treatments, including injection treatments, fat-reducing, laser treatments, waxing and hair removal. The clinic consists of a highly qualified team that has been educated and trained at the highest level in skin and body therapy, and several of the 24 employees at the clinic have a background and education as nurses. Eger Skin Clinic works to be up-to-date on the best and most well-documented treatment methods on the market at all times.
The clinic located on Karl Johan has existed since 2001. Scandinavian Beauty, with Fredrik Solstad and Petter Stordalen in front, had no doubts about where they should invest. According to Stordalen in E24, this is the clinic that sets the industry standard.
Aabø-Evensen has assisted Eger Skin Clinic as legal advisor in connection with the transaction.
